Once you place an order, you are accepting and have acknowledged that you have read our refund policy and your order cannot be cancelled for any reason. You have the option of choosing a similar design within 1 business day of purchase. If the chosen item costs more, additional payment will be required. Email us immediately if this is the case. *Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that starts as soon as an order is placed. Orders will be processed and shipped within the lead time stated on the description of the item.
