Beginner's Sewing Class (Beecher Elementary)

Beginner's 101 afterschool beginner class. Only 10 spots available so book now to secure your seat‼️Students will meet once per week after school on Thursdays from 2:30-4pm. Class dates are September 10th, 17th, 24th, October 1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th, November 5th. Learners will learn how to use a sewing machine and sew a variety of items such as a pillow,  a skirt or shorts and more. 

The course topics include: 

• Learn the important parts of the sewing machine 
• How to thread a needle or use the needle threader
• How to wind a bobbin 
• How to sew with a zigzag stitch and straight stitch
• How to sew using seam allowance
• How to sew seams
• How to complete sewing projects

All supplies and sewing machine use is included.
