Sip & Sew a Pencil Skirt!!!

Join our Sip & Sew. This is a 3 hour beginner class. We will learn how to sew a pencil skirt. This is a one time class on September 26th from 4-7 pm. Basic supplies and sewing machine use is included. Bring 1 yard of stretchy knit fabric and matching thread (spandex, nylon, etc) Light refreshments and wine will be offered towards the end of class. Feel free to BYOB.

The course topics include: 

• Learn the important parts of the sewing machine 
• How to thread a needle or use the needle threader
• How to wind a bobbin 
• How to sew with a zigzag stitch and straight stitch
• How to sew using seam allowance
• How to sew seams
• How to complete a sewing project 

Basic supplies are included students will bring their own fabric. The location is in Douglasville, GA. (Walk in classes are not accepted. Book your class in advance to reserve your slot.

Is there Free Parking?

Yes and there is also a ramp which is wheelchair accessible.

Do I need to bring fabric?

No but you are welcome to bring your own.
